BBL scars are small.<\/strong> A Brazilian butt lift uses liposuction cannulas rather than long surgical cuts, so the marks it leaves are typically a few millimetres wide \u2014 small dots at the sites where fat was removed and injected, usually placed inside natural creases or areas covered by underwear.
