Teslimat Koşulları

VİVİD SAĞLIK TURİZM HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ tarafından sunulan estetik tedavi ve hizmetler, İstanbul’daki tesislerimizde sunulmaktadır.

Planificar un viaje: Randevunuzu web sitemiz üzerinden aldıktan sonra, size randevu detaylarını içeren bir onay e-postası gönderilecektir.
La salud: Her tedavi öncesinde uzmanlarımızla yapacağınız kişisel bir konsültasyon gerçekleştirilecektir.
Hizmet Teslimi: Tüm tedaviler, İstanbul, Türkiye’deki modern tesislerimizde gerçekleştirilir.
Profesyonel ekibimiz, tedavi sürecinde rahat ve güvenli bir deneyim sunmak için yanınızda olacaktır.
Takip ve Destek: Tedavi sonrası takip ve destek hizmetlerimizle, iyileşme sürecinizi yakından izliyoruz.

İptal ve İade Politikası

Müşteri memnuniyeti bizim için önemlidir.
İptal ve iade politikamız aşağıdaki gibidir:

İptal Koşulları:
- Randevularınızı, randevu saatinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edebilir veya değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Randevu saatinden 24 saat içinde yapılan iptaller için [İptal Ücreti] tahsil edilir.
İade Koşulları:
- Los derechos de propiedad intelectual están protegidos.
  Ancak, tedaviye devam etmeniz durumunda bu ücret tedavi maliyetinden düşülebilir.
- Paket halinde satın alınan hizmetlerin iadesi durumunda, kullanılmayan hizmetlerin bedeli pro-rata hesaplanarak iade edilir.
- Tedavi sonuçlarından memnun kalmadığınız takdirde, 7 gün içinde bizimle iletişime geçerek durumu bildirebilirsiniz.
  Gerekli incelemeler yapılarak, ek düzeltme işlemleri veya diğer çözümler sağlanacaktır.

I had an incredible experience with my treatment, where I had three teeth removed and immediately replaced with implants. Amazingly, the entire procedure took less than 45 minutes and was completely painless. I can’t thank Dr. Özgün enough for the outstanding work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quick healing and top-notch care—I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Amazing experience. I have met with Mr. Kadir during my vacation in Istanbul / Turkey and he introduced me the services of his clinic. I was not looking to get anything done but after receiving information about procedures and prices I decided to go with an examination and find out a treatment plan for myself. I always wanted to get rid of my double chin and upon consultation with the surgeon we discussed about local anesthesia double chin liposuction. During this entire process Vivid Clinic staff was really understanding and helpful, they always made sure that I feel comfortable and safe. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. Procedure and the results was quick and efficient. Mr. Kadir and his team had thorough follow-up with me even weeks after the operation and made sure everything was okay with me. They answered any question before, during and after the procedure. Many thanks to Vivid Clinic for showing me the benefits of their work. I recommend this clinic and its staff to everyone.
