Op. He was born in Mardin in 1983 and graduated from Samsun 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine في 2007.

Clinical & Academic Experience

Following his specialization, Dr. Algan fulfilled his mandatory service as a specialist at Van Regional Training and Research Hospital (2013–2015), managing complex reconstructive and trauma-related cases. He later served as an Assistant Professor في Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine (2015–2016), contributing to medical education and clinical training alongside his surgical practice.
