Appointment Scheduling: After booking your appointment through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details.
Consultation: A personalized consultation with our specialists will be conducted before each treatment.
Service Delivery: All treatments are performed at our modern facilities in Istanbul, Turkey. Our professional team ensures a comfortable and safe experience throughout the treatment process.
Follow-Up and Support: We closely monitor your recovery process with post-treatment follow-up and support services.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Our cancellation and return policy is as follows:

Cancellation Conditions:
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, a [Cancellation Fee] will be charged.
Return Conditions:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if you proceed with the treatment, this fee may be deducted from the treatment cost.
- For services purchased as a package, if you decide to return them, the unused portion of the services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- If you are not satisfied with the treatment results, please contact us within 7 days to report the issue. Necessary reviews will be conducted, and additional correction procedures or other solutions will be provided.

I had an incredible experience with my treatment, where I had three teeth removed and immediately replaced with implants. Amazing experience. I have met with Mr. Kadir during my vacation in Istanbul / Turkey and he introduced me the services of his clinic. I was not looking to get anything done but after receiving information about procedures and prices I decided to go with an examination and find out a treatment plan for myself. I always wanted to get rid of my double chin and upon consultation with the surgeon we discussed about local anesthesia double chin liposuction. During this entire process Vivid Clinic staff was really understanding and helpful, they always made sure that I feel comfortable and safe. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. Procedure and the results was quick and efficient. Mr. Kadir and his team had thorough follow-up with me even weeks after the operation and made sure everything was okay with me.
