Trabzon in 1967. She graduated from
Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. After completing 15 months of mandatory service at Sinop SSK, she pursued her specialization in General Surgery at SSK Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital between 1992 and 1996.

From 1996 to 2018, Dr. Aksoy served as a General Surgery Specialist at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, where she focused primarily on Breast Diseases and Oncological Breast Surgery. She has achieved Level One and Level Two certifications in "Oncoplastic Breast Surgery."
