Prof. Dr. Özgür Pilancı is Vivid Clinic's lead plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon in Istanbul. Trained at Ankara and Cerrahpaşa, a specialist since 2006 and an associate professor since 2015, he plans and performs facial, breast and body procedures and medically reviews the clinic's surgical content.

Face, breast and body procedures are planned by plastic surgeons with his medical review. Hair transplants are carried out by the hair transplant specialists, dental work by licensed dentists and an oral surgeon, and weight-loss surgery by general surgeons experienced in keyhole bariatric surgery.

How do I know which Vivid Clinic doctor is right for me?

You do not need to decide alone. Will I meet my surgeon before the operation?

Yes. Every patient has an in-person consultation and pre-operative tests with their doctor at Avrasya Hospital in Istanbul before any procedure. Nothing is final until you have met your surgeon and agreed the plan.

Are the Vivid Clinic doctors qualified specialists?

The plastic surgeons, general surgeons, ENT specialist, oral surgeon and periodontologist have all completed Turkey's state-regulated specialization training, and the dentists are licensed graduates of Turkish dental faculties. The hair transplant specialists are health-trained technicians who work under the clinic's medical supervision at Avrasya Hospital. Each profile lists the doctor's degrees and dates.

Which languages do the doctors speak?

Most of the surgeons and dentists consult in Turkish and English; each profile states the doctor's languages. Vivid Clinic coordinators interpret in your language during consultations, on the day of treatment and in follow-up.

Where do the doctors operate?

Surgical procedures take place at Avrasya Hospital in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, Vivid Clinic's partner hospital, so you are treated in a full hospital environment. Dental treatment is carried out by the Vivid Clinic dental team in Istanbul.
